Returns Policy

Delivery charges for online orders: o We will do free shipping on order of above Rs. 2000/-*

➔ For Volumetric or above 3Kgs Shipment Delivery within Punjab o It will be charged Rs. 300/- per kg of the parcel within Lahore or Punjab Area. ➔ For Volumetric or above 3Kgs Shipment Delivery Outside Punjab o It will be charged Rs. 400/- per kg of the parcel to be delivered in other provinces (KPK, Sindh, Baltistan & Baluchistan).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Note:

If shipment is volumetric based, to be delivered inside or outside Lahore, the shipping cost will be advised after order placement before dispatching.

How long will delivery take?

➔ Delivery within Lahore o It will take 2-3 working days to be delivered at required address

➔ Delivery Outside Lahore o It will take approx 5-7 working days to be delivered at the required address.

Meanwhile, our team member will contact you on provided contact number for dispatching confirmation. The order value including shipping charges will be confirmed because of the variation in charges as mentioned above.
